Programs
Haven gives veterans and adults facing homelessness a safe home and a case manager. Care adds counseling, psychiatry, recovery and job support for adults, teens and children, so no one has to start over with a new agency.
Permanent supportive housing for veterans and adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, with case management, counseling and the everyday support that turns a house into a stable home.
CARF accredited outpatient mental health, psychiatry, psychiatric rehabilitation, substance use treatment and employment services for adults, adolescents and children, provided by Kirstin Care, LLC.

Getting started
Call (240) 392-2876 or send the contact form. Self, family, provider and agency referrals are all welcome.
A staff member confirms eligibility and insurance, then completes an assessment of your needs, strengths and goals.
Together with you, the team writes a treatment, rehabilitation or housing plan with clear goals.
Housing, case management, therapy, psychiatry, rehabilitation, recovery and employment services work as one coordinated team.
Progress is reviewed regularly, and the plan steps up or down in intensity until you can live independently.
